Architecture & Urbanism studio final project reimagining the Federal Center and Capitol South neighborhoods of DC as a thriving urban district serving as the hypothetical capital of the proposed Washington, Douglass Commonwealth.

Features a new urban parkway to replace Interstate 695 and the I-395 interchange, major commercial and entertainment amphitheater park district, and dense walkable housing developments throughout while retaining and adaptively reusing existing federal buildings and parks.
