Independent project, in-progress (started January 2026)
Envisioning the parking lots of The Fields at RFK as a dense, majority-pedestrianized mixed-use neighborhood in Hill East adjacent to the DC Armory and redeveloping RFK Stadium district.
Features a new urban parkway to replace Interstate 695 and the I-395 interchange, major commercial and entertainment amphitheater park district, and dense walkable housing developments throughout while retaining and adaptively reusing existing federal buildings and parks. First foray into urban designing.

Architecture & Urbanism studio final project reimagining the Federal Center and Capitol South neighborhoods of DC as a thriving urban district serving as the hypothetical capital of the proposed Washington, Douglass Commonwealth.
